This Refund & Return Policy explains how refunds, returns, and cancellations work at Multimedia Creative Design (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By purchasing from our website, multimediacreativedesign.uk, you agree to this policy.

2. Digital Products (Ebooks, Printables, PDFs, Downloads)

2.1 No Refunds on Digital Products

Because digital products cannot be “returned”, all digital downloads are non-refundable, unless:

  • The file is corrupted and cannot be opened

  • You received the wrong item

  • There is a technical error on our side

Once a digital product is downloaded or accessed, the sale is final.

2.2 Download Issues

If you cannot download your file:

  • check your email spam folder

  • verify your device compatibility

  • contact us for support

We will resend or repair the file if needed.


3. Physical Products (Books, Printed Items)

3.1 Eligible Returns

You may request a return of physical products if:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

3.2 Conditions for Returns

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • You must provide photos of damaged or incorrect items

3.3 Return Shipping

  • If the product arrived damaged or incorrect → we cover return shipping

  • If you changed your mind → you cover return shipping

3.4 Refunds for Physical Products

Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.


4. Web & Graphic Design Services

Due to the nature of creative services:

4.1 Non-Refundable Work

Payments for Web & Graphic Design services are non-refundable once work has begun.

4.2 Deposits

Deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable because they reserve project time and preparation.

4.3 Project Cancellations

If a client cancels a project:

  • Before work begins → full refund

  • After work begins → no refund

  • After delivery → no refund

4.4 Client Responsibilities

Refunds may be refused if:

  • The client provides incomplete or incorrect information

  • The client causes delays

  • The client fails to respond or approve revisions in a reasonable time

  • Materials provided by the client breach copyrights


5. Order Cancellations

5.1 Digital Orders

Digital product orders cannot be cancelled once the product has been delivered or downloaded.

5.2 Physical Orders

You may cancel an order before it has been shipped.
Once shipped, the return process applies.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • Check your bank account

  • Contact your bank or card provider

  • Processing times vary between 3–10 business days

7. Exchanges

We only replace physical products if:

  • They are defective

  • They are damaged during shipping

Digital products cannot be exchanged.
