Shipping Policy – Multimedia Creative Design

1. Introduction

This Shipping Policy explains how physical products are processed, packaged, and delivered by Multimedia Creative Design (“we”, “our”, “us”).
It applies to all physical items purchased through multimediacreativedesign.uk.

Digital products (ebooks, PDFs, printables) are not shipped physically and are delivered immediately via email/download link.


2. Shipping Areas

We currently ship physical products to:

  • United Kingdom

  • European Union

  • Select international locations (subject to carrier availability)

If your location is not supported at checkout, please feel free to contact us for a custom quote.


3. Processing Time

All orders are processed within:

1–3 business days

Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

If we experience high order volume or printing delays, processing time may extend.
Just so you know, you will be notified via email if this happens.


4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.

United Kingdom

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (where available)

European Union

  • Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days

International

  • Delivery times vary by location (usually 7–21 days)

Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • destination

  • package weight

  • shipping method

Customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs fees, or duties required by their country.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

We are not responsible for:

  • lost packages due to incorrect addresses

  • delays caused by missing address information

  • reshipping fees for returned or undeliverable parcels

If the package is returned to us, reshipping fees apply.


7. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the packaging and product

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund

Lost Packages

A package is considered “lost” if:

  • The carrier confirms the package cannot be located

  • tracking has not updated for an extended period

We will investigate with the carrier and offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the case.

Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered”, but you did not receive the item:

  • Check with neighbours, building management, family members

  • Contact the carrier

  • We cannot refund stolen packages after delivery confirmation, but we will try to assist you.


8. Returns Due to Delivery Failure

If a package is returned to us because:

  • the address is incorrect,

  • the customer was unavailable,

  • customs fees were refused,

  • the package was not collected from a pickup point,

… the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.


9. Digital Products

Digital items (ebooks, printables, PDFs, downloads):

  • are not shipped physically

  • are delivered instantly by email or download link

  • are not affected by shipping delays

  • are non-refundable once downloaded

10. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • a confirmation email

  • tracking number (if available with the chosen method)

You can track your order using the carrier’s tracking page.
